Anyone else get hosed by nrgservers?

Our Ventrilo server was one of the servers affected by the remote termination from Flagship. We've switched providers in the meantime (actually, a number of license holders jumped in relatively quickly to capitalize on this). There's a good list of active providers posting on the Server forum on Ventrilo.org.

The disturbing part about all this is how the administrators have disappeared off the face of the earth. Not even a peep out of them thus far.

I use http://www.maximumvoice.com for the vent server in my old LS. Seemed to have a good web management interface and responsive customer service, as long as it wasn't during the weekend. Apparently they have no staff in over the weekend to field support. They've got a lot of options for flexibility, as well as a lot of server locations so people can get a host as close as possible. Just throwing out an alternative in case people want to shop a bit.

I feel the same. I was wondering... how many people used nrgservers? I know 3 of my past shells had used them at some point.

my ls had a 75 slot with nrg, and had payed about 7 months in advance at this point, dunno about how we're planning on getting the $$ back since I don't deal with that. We went to https://www.ventriloservers.biz. Idk about other companies but these people seem ok, had a decent price, and the control panel is ok, so yea.

I remember a few months ago I got the same msg on vent about the license not being payed or w/e, then it was fine. From what I see now researching on the vent forums, this problem has been going on since then, and vent just let it go till now, nrg ftl
