    Nope, every NPC that sells distilled water also offers KC's for the low low price of 1 Mars ring per.

    And the BC is something like 5% drop rate.

    People are forgetting the Valhalla Helm/Breastplate. Haven't seen either of those server wide. Has it been confirmed to drop off Odin yet?
