[EDIT] Again, I ask, does the 360 version really scroll that fast for the standard speed? It's about 3x as fast (on both yours and that kid's vid) as I'm see'ing here on the Wii edition.

I'll try that, although I fear the low SP timer won't make it work long enough without some inhuman finger movement on my end once it's done.

Plaintiff will lose or settle; he's got a huge uphill battle to prove that Activision knew that the Wii port was defective and shipped it anyway.

He's suing them as if they were engaged in deliberate deceptive practices, otherwise the maximum liability on Activision's part for a faulty disc is going to be the price of the product. Unless he's got some smoking-gun emails between execs saying "oh shit its mono, oh well ship it anyway", it's gonna be tough to prove that they knew that the Wii port (which they almost certainly farmed out) was defective when they shipped it.

Activision should really do a recall, but that's expensive and they probably want to use it as a bargaining chip should they seek to settle the suit out of court.

I got no luxury of a DVI/HDMI cable for the Wii, so the only option I got (aside from investing in a modulator, screw that) is to just web-cam it, which isn't too pretty. Then again, that iSight on my MacBook has a good resolution on it.......though that would include the constant clacking of my controller.

I got the old model of the Gamebridge for $18 or something off of Amazon. If you have Audio/Video out on your TV, its trivial to use. Otherwise you need to buy some splitters, which adds to the price a bit.

Never knew there were cheap solutions to that, as all the stuff I looked at in the past were in the $150-200 range (back when I wanted to hook-up a TV signal to my PC), will look more into this, might make for a good x-mas gift to myself.

Already got an RF/Composite modulator here so the input things isn't an issue.

Yep, thats it. Like I said, if you have A/V out, all you need is a cable to connect to it and you're good to go

I beat Raining blood....on quickplay and now I cant do it again on career ugh. I for some reason was just flailing on the mosh and was hitting almost all of them. It was amazing. Now I can't do it again.
