The problem is keeping a consistent x4, not passing mosh heh.

I can do that though, if I didn't fluke miss in verse and bridge sp's that would've been 190k ish with utter and complete flailing through mosh1 and flood. That 170k was with 1 activation, during mosh1 lol.


Basically I'm at 170k with 2 successful runs in the last month or so, and I can see what I can hit easily, and it's pretty much the entire song other than mosh1 and flood's trills.

Um, no, they didn't do that at all? The only difference between the GH3 and GH:A timing windows is that hammer ons have a front end to the window now. For example, on the Halo theme DLC, there's a section with a note, a ~5 second pause, and then a hammer on. On GH3, you could hold down the hammer on 5 seconds early, but in GH:A you'd have to wait until the note scrolls by to hit it.

Well, my retail version is like that. After playing a little more it's not as tight as GH2, but it's still a lot more precise than GH3's where you could just hold down the red fret button for half an hour before the hammeron note arrives and still have it register.

The game is actually better than I thought it would be. And it's not as easy as people made it out to be, either. (yes, there's no TDWDTG/TTFAF difficulty, but who cares? Those aren't that fun to play to begin with.)
