    Methyl-1-Testosterone

    So far, this is the most potent muscle-building supplement (or drug, whichever way you look at it) that is legal. I've been reading up on this lately and it seems like the benefits outweigh the side-effects, which could be: lethargy, mild acne on the inside of the thighs, mild mood swings, and possible liver problems (if you take any other liver deteriorating substance at the same time, like alcohol).

    I've also heard first hand from people (and read) using this saying that you can build 20 lbs. in less than four weeks (a lot of which will be water, but still a large % of muscle mass). What I'm looking for is people that have taken this first hand and want to know what side-effects have taken place. If the results here are somewhat good, I might consider taking this supplement and post before and after pics of a 4 week period with my work out schedule, dosage taken, and meal plan.

    side note: This supplement IS derived from steroids (but is taken orally, which is why it might affect the liver) and is a fairly new product. Once again, yes, it is legal.

    It's a new product + it's legal! = hasnt been added to the illegal list yet


    I can understand why people would want to use that, but what's the point? No matter how you look at it, chance it is going to be detrimental to your health is much higher than the chance it does nothing (or help). Our body and muscles aren't meant to grow up that fast, and that kind of stress might hurt you on a long run..

    I'm not a biologist, so my opinion on the subject is probably worthless, but I wouldn't risk it either way.

    Which I do already. But if there are supplements to aid you in your workouts, why not?

    Edit: When I say it's new, I mean it's been around for about 2 years now (so it really hasn't been around too long).

    Depends on whether your goal is to have a "healthy active lifestyle" or to get huge. Getting huge can take a little more than just diet/exercise.

    Why do you need to get huge? I've been going to the gym for the past 3 months and have been seeing all those ginormous people walking around, I don't see the point of it unless you plan on going to competitions, etc.

    You can get big naturally too, just not monster-like. (hi2u bobby lashley..)

    That'd only be the case if you take an irresponsible amount of not only this supplement, but any other substance that affects your liver as well.

    Also, my goal is not to get hieg liek xbox, but just a little bigger than I am now.

    If you just want to look good/fit/whatever, you don't need shit like this... just drink some protein shakes/weight gainers and eat constantly throughout the day... then work out 3-4 times a week and you'll be fine.

    Seriously, you'd just be causing yourself damage in the long run. There aren't any shortcuts to gaining muscle mass... it takes time.

    How pricey is this stuff? If you're just looking to get "a little bigger than you are now" it probably isn't the most cost-effective route. Use Creatine, everyone I know that's used it has blown up pretty fast. of course you lose that size as soon as you stop taking it but yeah

    You're supposed to take a 1 month break from Creatine every 2 or so months.. not that healthy from what I understand (I take the powder version before working out, mixing it with water isn't so bad depending on the brand/taste you get.. whatever you do, don't get lemonade. )

    I was told this stuff is pretty cheap. $125 gets you an entire cycle (so a month's worth, basically). And I won't end up taking this stuff anyway, I was just looking for feedback/experiences with this.

    I think it depends on what your goals are. If you want to be a professional bodybuilder, wrestler, um linebacker, etc, then use it to bulk up. If you want to stay healthy, don't take it.

    I'm about to start my 1st cycle in a few weeks. I'll let you know how it goes After 3 years of working out I've found my gains really starting to slow down, I'm plateauing like a mother fucker. This is my last hope before i hit up the d-bol.

    just be happy with your current size, I'm going to assume you aren't doing this for any athletic purpose so don't take supplements. but if you want to talk to your doctor before using it.

    3 years? How huge are you? I only work out twice a week or so, protein shakes, heavy weights, but I've plateaued pretty hard (and I'm not that big). I think I'd have to start putting on weight (pretty much stayed at 175 [5'10.5] just changing fat to muscle to get to this point) if I want to get too much stronger. I'm not looking to get huge, just wanted to get to the point where girls are pleasantly surprised with what they see - pretty much there.
