C+ weapon will always need madrigal on merit pt to get 90~% acc even with max merit.

My best so far on Tia, got a lucky double attack proc on it, too, and last resort had like 20secs left on recast. I need to beat Hardon's 24xx steel cyclone, but he had the advantage of getting that shot when 2hand weapons were broken Q_Q
