Personally id stick to ground strike, SA-GS minimum with decent gear should be around 1500ish, My gear is pretty solid and I max out at 2100 and its very rare I get rolls or songs, just pop my coeurl sub, souleater, last resort and go to town.

I have, I know the mod is higher, but my ground strike consistantly does 200-300 more then spiral hell on Ix. Isnt there a hidden acc/atk modifier on spinning slash and ground strike? I dunno, now i stick with sam anyway, I only used drk on ix before my sam hit 75.

All three had Angon, Hasso, Minuet x2, SAM/Fighter's Roll up.

Yeah, sam will do much better. Interesting though, I have scythe merits so I just stuck with spiral.

Reminds me of a recent Spiral I had at Temenos N (was coming from weakness so had 300TP mostly from abs-TP and meditate). Was rather funny to see it do so much (relatively speaking, considering when I got it I tried it and it seemed crap without /thf) and with minimal buffs~ (Hasso, Abs-STR for the lulz):
