we sell em whenever we get them, they arent going as fast right now but its still really fast, we have them in stock for 2-3 days at a time at times. at one point we had them for 2 weeks about 2 months ago, its picking up again now for sure tho.

360's are selling out just as well around here tho as well, although we can't get rid of the halo ones still

Just wanted to give consumers who are considering buying a warning from someone who purchased it and regretted it. Not everyone gives a shit about console wars, just really hate to see people waste 500$ and be as pissed off as I was. It's called giving feedback. If you don't like my opinion, ignore it, problem solved, k?

I'd give some of my main reasons, but that would seriously derail this thread into a console war, and we all know where that goes. So for reasons that are relevant to the thread, I'll just say I simply can't justify the price, even at 499$ I would still feel like its a ripoff.

My point in THIS THREAD was EVEN with the price slash, I still dont think its worth it. Because this thread seemed to be insinuating the thought"hey, ps3 is cheaper now, maybe I should go get one".

If you are seriously looking for "real reasons" use the internet, take a look at the mess that is viewtopic.php?f=1&t=16662, whatever. There are these type of discussions with insightful information everywhere. There's no need to turn this thread into another debate, is there?

As for the ps3 not worth the price, have you ever added up what it costs to buy a xbox 360 versus a ps3? Before I bought my ps3 in June I sure as hell did, I wanted to get both consoles but I knew I could only afford one for now. So I added up what it would take to get a wireless connection on a xbox, the live subscription, can't remember but think you need to buy a hdd too as well as a controller charger. At that point they actually totaled to be about the same, not sure about now.

The xbox had issues with the overheating and the red rings type stuff which I'm sure is being sorta remedied now I think....the ps3 at the time had only a few games but thats also pretty much fixed now.

So how is the ps3 not worth it? explain.
