Unless SE has the weather programmed pseudo-random, yes weather should be the same in all servers.

Of course i have no proof to back this up <.<

given the fact that faf does not pop after a maint on server A at the same time as server B, i'd be inclined to think they did the same with weather. just my 2 c though.
