i started doing that leave-it-on-overnight dealy when i had to switch to PS2 (ps2 would always cut off overnight, so i just turned it off)

sometimes i think i dont live enough, or whatever that expression is, but i dont regret meeting the people i've met (OR TALKED TO YOU HYPERCRITICAL PEOPLE) in my time in ffxi. its been a real growing experience starting at 17 and being 21, and having a lot of the same people around. ffxi has been the longest commitment i've made to date, and i dont really see myself hating it anytime soon (maybe having less time for it due to RL stuff, but not "quitting")

i just try to enjoy the game for what it is. i try not to compare myself to other people (in that oh-so-negative light), and when i do, i just say, hey, somewhere im an affluent tarutaru with a prestigious title

256 days and i feel like ive accomplished a TON, even with a good amt of time bazaaring. The problem is that what else is there to do on a Wednesday night? If theres something better to do, I do it... I consider nothing that ive "Wasted" on this game a loss, ive had fun, been entertained and met some cool people along the way. Yeah its probably not the healthiest thing but with all the money I would have paid on console and computer games it honestly, probably works out to the same amount of time and money spent.

Us doing CoP was the biggest waste. You can't even argue that. Remember when Jaded and someone else snapped on each other. Its was 30 minutes plus of pure lulz.

Oh and Ryko don't forget about Richbrau, the random peralsmashing then ensued after that. Now that wasn't a waste of time.
