Hope there is new gear and a boss in there for 400 points

Um... either they raise the difficulty setting or that DLC can go to hell... i'm not going to pay for another dungeon I can just storm through.
yea, the game was way too easy
I'm kind of disappointed that they're releasing a difficulty setting DLC like they did with Blue Dragon.
Hm, I think I'm gonna' finish this game up and DL the new dungeon. Hopefully there are some nifty lil' story snipets in there!
I doubt it.
Nah, it's a pretty generic dungeon. You can find monitors that have little tidbits of info, but that's about it. The boss is pretty cheap, with an instant death move for the whole party, unless you have reflect on (which doesn't make any sense, since it isn't even a spell). It killed me the first time with that move, then I read about it, and I haven't been back to try again yet.
boss is a bitch, i lost first time through and now i gotta go back through 25 floors. bullshit imo
I just beat the boss tonight after going through the dungeon for the millionth time. Reversa is really the only way to do it unless you get rose quartz and shit. I must've killed 100+ of the rose quarts guys and I can't get one from them so I just kept trying the reversa trick.
So is it worth buying this dungeon DLC? Or will it be a cakewalk to get to the boss with lv90+ chars?
It's worth buying if you want achievements! But as far as challenge goes, I think he's pretty tough without using Reversa. People say you need the new accessories to even attempt beating him "legitimately".
Anyone who pays $$ for worthless achievement points needs to be banned from console gaming, as they are the ones encouraging the shitty shovelware we are now plagued with.Originally Posted by Alina
Buy BOTH DLC's for a stupid dungeon, useless gear (since there's no endgame and all..), a dream that's probably up on youtube by now, and a worthless boss.. in other words, not worth it.Originally Posted by Alina

I just got back from training at a new job and I dled the new DLC for LO but I think I agree with a lot of people...it's pretty disappointing![]()
I can't say how well the DLC is, but I just got the game, on disc 1 and i'm addicted to it already
Yup, I'm on Disc 3 and this game totally awesome.
Jensen is hilarious.Spoiler: show
DLC is bad i hear.
it's not terrible, the drop rates are pretty bad but you can get some decent stuff like slot seeds and (assuming they ever drop for you) some nice accessories and rings. Granted, once you gain access to the dungeon and can defeat the enemies inside you have little use for the items you get since as it's been said, there's no endgame.
I suppose if you have points to burn it's worth getting, but if you're looking to download something you can make a Japanese xbox live silver account and download the pre-order bonus accessory for free, it gives you Weapon Guard 2 and makes the first few hours very very easy- you pretty much block 75% of the time.
Although the DLC is pretty much unnecessary, more of a good thing is always welcome, and the game itself is fantastic- easily the best jRPG for xbox 360. I'd even go so far as to say the game is almost exactly what I expected FF12 to be quality/graphics/story-wise, I still can't believe how amazingly deep and powerful the story is.
Fkn love this game, hope they make a sequel.
Tried to start it up again (stopped playing after I saved on the "please insert disc 4" screen), played for 10 minutes and was bored as hell. Loved the first 3 discs but I just can't get into it again and I have no urge to even touch it again.![]()
