Anyone in EU found expansion for preorder?

Play and Amazon are POL's official online shops for ALL the expansions, even though this wait is a bit odd I'm pretty sure both will have them to order shortly.

Same issue in France, no way to find it anywhere.

Last year, I was able to pre-order ToAU something like 2 months before the release iirc.
Now, everytime the guy sees me entering the shop, it's like:

"lulz, still nothing for you, Sir.... Let me check... No, the database doesn't even contain this name..."

After Maintenance at EU prime times, Releases postponed! I feel the love!
There must be some secret JP plan to keep HNMs in JP prime time obviously. Everything must be related...

SE answered my email, copy & pasted below, i note i only asked about pre-ordering and i guess SE did answer that, I am guessing the expansion will show up in stores after release though. I note expansion is not even listed on the online-store on the official FF11 site...yet anyway, but should think we can all get it from there eventually

If I don't see any mention of it I will go to a store I know in Leeds to try and pre-order it. They tend to specialise in Final fantasy stuff and understand the importance of this franchise.

Which store is that? I live near Leeds (although I'm at uni at the moment) so i might have to make a trip home (yay free food) if push comes to shove.

I emailed Amazon this morning regarding WoTG, if I get a reply post it here.

I like the idea of just downloading it, bit worried about how long it would take though :3

I spoke to someone at Gameplay yesterday and they said pretty much the same thing, they've had no pricing or release date information from the publisher yet so they won't take any pre-orders. Looks like the problem is SE hasn't told the retailers it's coming out yet.

Does anyone know if the old rule that "if you have an NA version of the game you must buy NA version of expansion (or at least have NA version registration code)" still applies too?

I've already preordered mine from dvdboxoffice.com to be on the safe side but just curious.

We don't know that yet, I think.
Still, thinking about how things went with ToAU, I'm pretty confident we'll be able to know it a few days before the exp physically goes out on shops, through announcements of maint etc on the website.
I think for ToAU there was a maint the day the game was on shops, but you had to wait 1 day after that (without any further maint) to be able to take the ship to Al Zahbi?

"Hackers" already succeded in "inviting" people to their mog houses long ago. I think we all remember those screenshots on archbell.windower.net

As for the new zones, I'm pretty confident that number includes the "remade" areas. That probably isn't enough to define them "the same" as the old ones (there are several differences), but at the same time probably not enough to define them completely new either.
I'm sure there will be a bunch of totally new areas as well of course, but the majority of that number will be composed of "remade" areas I bet.

Can't wait to see real Tavnazia (because Tavnazia is going to be the "City" of this new expansion, right? I think...)

I got mine 1 day after (maybe 2, I can't remember) - Amazon got theirs out to arrive on the day. Swings and roundabouts - no P&P, or slightly faster delivery.
