Content Id's

I Really didn't want to make a topic about this but I got no choice. If I cancel all my content Id's on an Account does Se stop billing me for that account?

An If I call Pol to cancel my Credit cards for all my account think they will do it if I call once or do I need to for each account?

I'm asking because they miss charged me again and I still haven't gotten back the 280 from the first time ._.;

if you cancel the subscription for the content ID's that should be all you need to do to stop billing

They charged me 280$ a few months ago and last month they charged me 70$. An every time I call I'm on hold for about 3hr.
