well in my experiences with people leaving titan, the top 3 reasons are:

1. They can't get into any of the worthwhile end game linkshells there. Usually due to bad reputation or they suck.
2. They don't want to join any of the worthwhile end game linkshell there. Usually due to them having already been in these linkshells, probably having been kicked, or they simply don't like the rules of any of the linkshells (ie. the people running the linkshell).
3. They have no friends on Titan or have friends on another server.
