Well I never got the memo from the SAM union about the feet so I'm guessing Ryko was just adding insult to injury.

Hachi feet may not be the quintessential win for SAM feet but it's far from gimp. Either that or I'm totally whooshed and fell into the same trap as Appie.

I should have mentioned it before but one of the previous reasons was the reason I mentioned the hachiman shoes (his myochin haidate). I just (wrongfully) assumed he meant he had shura legs when he said "I got something better from sky for WS, however" and didn't continue with the thought process. He could very well just use shinimusha haidate, grant himself the 6 hit build (even in the somewhat to highly likely event he doesn't have or can't afford a brutal since you can reobtain a rajas even if [and only in the case that] you dropped it, not the case with brutal) and do himself a small favor compared to the people with hachiman shoes and byakko's haidate and only lose out by 2% haste (granted he's also losing out on 15 accuracy here but one step at a time).

Edit: @kainstryder, it's only another +5 if you have brutal and rajas, +11 total after merits.
