Just like the title. Tried Wine/ Darwine thingy and not seem to work right (doesn't open at all). I want be able to play a game on my GFs Macbook so we can play at the same time. Any ideas? TY in advance.

If the game uses DirectX, it probably won't work. I tried running FFXI in Paralleles, and it wouldn't work (though POL did). Ended up using Boot Camp and installing Win XP on the Macbook, and boot into windows when I want to play games.

As long as you have a copy of Windows XP, hard-drive space, and a copy of the beta bootcamp application (which I'm not sure that it works anymore since Leopard came out and Leopard has them included already) its pretty easy to setup.
