Gonna try to get back in once more, and then call it a night.

Can we stop with the "lolxbox" and "lolconsole" shit then? Because so far I haven't had a single problem with the 360 version and it looks freaking outstanding for a console, and if anything is lol it's lolpc. I have several friends on PC version that are having issues, SO GLAD I made the choice for 360. I'll probably end up with the PC version later on anyway, but seriously no platform is worse than another or deserves any bashing at all.

If the game didn't make me want to upgrade my pc more than I already do, then I probably would have it for pc already. Not that there is anything wrong with my pc, but I always want more, and I don't feel like dropping 2grand.

For people who have played GRAW2 how do you think COD4 compares?

Are they similar games or what? COD4 looks kind of arcadish and not as realistic as GRAW2. Can someone give me some thoughts?

Sigh I really need to get my Live working again At least the campaign is amazing!

Not sure why you quoted me Boyiee, wasn't lolbashing the 360 at all (nor have i ever to my recollection.) I have had hiccups for a while, always fearing the Red Ring but never once have i seen it. Was just saying that it sucked last night was all, in general... the whole night. I couldn't be happier to be playing this on 360. The game is fun as hell, and with so many GD challenges to complete it will be getting playtime forever.

I played GRAW2 online, and I must say that this game is a lot more polished as a whole. As for realism, again I'm going to give the nod to CoD4. The visuals are amazing, as well as the small things such as sound effects and hit detection/blast radius, etc.

The one thing I liked about GRAW more than CoD4 is the depth of control you had in GRAW. I may be shooting myself in the foot here when I say this in case the 360 has this feature, but I'd like to be able to switch my weapons firing mode from single shot, three round burst or full auto like in GRAW.

Ummm so how do you organize matches, etc? Seems like a lame way to incorporate clans. Couldnt just about anyone put BG infront of their name, and it mean something entirely different. How do we know who is from the forums?

Small things like "Last Stand" are fucking amazing. I got gunned down last night by a group of 3, and they didnt notice I had last stand and I took all 3 out with my pistol lol. They were all clustered so I just starting spamming shots at the knees/legs area (for some reason that takes them down almost instantly).

Yeah, that thought has come across my mind too. If you're actually on a competitive ladder for CoD4 I'm not sure how they would stop ringers with the exception of having a new member time limit before they're allowed to participate (member must be on the roster page 24-48 hours before they can partake in a clan match).

Man. I love Halo and all, but now I'm really tempted...What's the trade in value on Halo 3?

I got $35 for Halo3, $25 For Mario Party8, $25 for Mario Strikers, and 10$ for GH2. I also traded in a couple other things, and I still have some more to trade in. I got a bonus of 20% for trading in towards mario galaxy (if you pay for galaxy in full) so that was great, was over a 20$ bonus, so cod4, galaxy, and almost all of creed were free off trade-ins.

Ah, gotcha Boyiee. Yeah, as far as my issues no idea if it was Network or Hardware. The first time i was just unable to enter into a match with Epical and Bwei. I was thinking perhaps our NAT types were not playing well together but after i was booted as they entered the match i did a Connection Test on the 360 and mine was "Open" meaning even if one of them was the host and had "Strict" or "Moderate" NAT I should have been able to connect anyway.

Finally did connect after another two tries.

The DREs happened as the match ended, when you would normally be taken to the screen showing your Rank Up bar/ XP needed screen. Instead of seeing that, i got a blade popping up telling me my "Disc was unreadable" and then i was dumped onto the Desktop. That happened one more time, then it was fine after chilling for a while logged out.

I have had problems before, notably right when Besieged came out, freezing up completely (graphics and all) if i was in the thick of things with 100 other Melees. That happened a few times, and has since never happened again.

Whatever, you know... more than anything any little hiccup just causes a sense of dread with the system since it is no secret that there are hardware faults. =( Love my 360, but every now and then you just have to wonder if you "will be next."

PS. I so need to brush up on my Search and Destroy skills. First time playing that Playlist last night and I clearly suck at it. Got a bit better later, but god forbid i was the last marine ... tasked with "It is up to you! Finish the job Marine!" >.>

I am a few away from opening up Double Tap, which i am excited to try out with my new fav weapon the G4, to see if it is even worth it or affects a single fire weapon. Also very close to getting the Silencer for that, which is handy quite often once you have your accuracy nailed down.

What level is double tap? It's probably something way higher than I am now, but it will be nice to know what I can look forward to.

Finally found a copy... only got to play until about halfway through the 2nd level when I had to leave, but it was insanely fun nonetheless.

Can't wait to start playing online, but I really wanna finish the campaign mode because for some reason it's actually fun/semi entertaining for a change heh.. (and I usually can't stand shooters... I do like ones where you have team members though. )

Double Tap is 29, increases rate of fire. Then Overkill is 38... which allows you to choose two Primary Weapons (G3 + Shotty please!) in your loadout. Always something to aim for... no pun intended.
