Call of Duty 4

Haven't played Multiplayer(lolwarez) but just finished the single player and it is prob one of the best titles in the call of duty series.

Ridiculously short but I enjoyed it, even though I kinda sucked at it. I just don't get how you're supposed to get by some of those clusterfucks. But I managed.

If by fun you mean its about as fun as slamming you're dick in a door, then yeah its alot of fun on veteran mode. And I'd say you probably have like 2hrs or so after he dies left, possibly less, its been a bit since I beat it. I beat it on the day it came out.

Beating this game on Veteran might just be the hardest thing you have done as far as games go lol...

But yeah, definitely worth it. And yeah you have about 3-4 hours of gameplay after Jackson dies, I don't completely remember it either because I beat it on the weekend it came out..

Well... now that you mention it, I'm pretty sure I got him to hate me after a few matches of Warhawk with the landmines 8).
Seriously though, that mission is hard as fuck, I think i tried it once and was like the hell with this and stopped.

this game is so fun.. its easily the best call of duty. the single player is awsome, and the multiplayer is omgwtfbbqsexwin cause of the customization, but i wish they gave you more than 5 customizations. i'd kinda like a customization system like crysis, that would leave 0 complaints on this game for me.

Honestly I don't see the problem with Veteran difficulty. Yes, it's hard. Yes, it can get frustrating if you charge in like a fucking retard every time. But if you actually take your time, snipe a little, use tactics, use flashbangs, and use your friendly AI you'll get by. The game is so much more rewarding if you take your time instead of just blowing through it on normal. The AI, especially the marines on your side, are so good if you work with them instead of running off on your own.

Getting the Mile High Club achievement was the hardest part, it took me I think 3 or 4 hours and numerous different tactics til I finally got it. I even shot the damn VIP twice -__- The Silo part was hard as well, you really need to be quick on the trigger, but again it's not impossible.

I don't see why everyone skips the campaign and goes right to Multiplayer, the campaign is a lot of fun and a lot longer than people claim if you don't blow through it on recruit.

I beat Veteran over that weekend it came out at, it wasn't THAT hard but it was very frustrating at times (like trying to go through the Safehouse mission at 3am and dying like 20 times in a row cus of dumb shit.. >.< )

Mile High Achievement pissed me off too lol, I shot the VIP 3 fucking times (and I only got to the VIP 4 times out of like 200 tries......... yes it was frustrating lol) before actually nailing the terrorist.

Protip: shoot the feet of the terrorist, he'll stumble, hit the head. Dont' know if this works on Veteran but I bet it does.

That was my plan (haven't gone back since my first 50 attempts at it...) until Exo told me that it doesn't work. If you shoot at the Terrorist's legs in Veteran Mode you fail and it says "Veterans aim for the head..." or something like that. So, tip... if you make it to the VIP, aim for the head. =P

Is true, you can't take the easy way out on Vet. "Real men aim for the head" is displayed if you hit anything but the terrorist's head.
