I really need to get back to the single player, I haven't gone back since beating it on Normal. But it really was a blast, by far the most immersive FPS I've ever played.

I just know some levels on Veteran are gonna be like impossible, i.e - the television studio room, and the second half of all ghillied up where you carry your guy on your back.

Not to mention mile high club.

Oh and uh, TV room and the carrying of the guy in All Ghillied Up are pssshhh compared to later levels.

Exact same thing happened to me. Take this into consideration for the entire campaign, but especially this part.

Btw, since I got a TV for my room for christmas, I'll have my 360 right beside my PC as opposed to it being 2 floors away like usual, so I'll be on CoD/etc more often now. Don't go anywhere Rake and Tony. =P

It happened to me too lol.

And yeah you need extreme patience to get 980/1000 (not talking about Mile High Club because Epical will kill me >.>), but once you get it it's pretty satisfying.

i usually just carry a machine gun in the shipment map because there're too many people to stay alive long enough to pull off anything strategic or tactical. spray => profit.

Coming from playing Socom on the ps2 (all 4 games, the latter 3 were complete and utter shit) where the devs were as helpful as FFXI 's , this is very refreshing.

Agreed, if Socom 1 wasnt so plagued with cheats and bugs, I'd probably still be playing it to this day. Loved that game. =(

I still wish they would just re-release Socom 1 without adding or taking away anything in game.

Happened to me today. It got stuck at that screen for about 30 seconds, but then it proceeded on. It normally takes me about 2 seconds to get past that screen.

I got this game for Xmas..... man what a smoker!! I love it.

I played on the default difficulty for a short time. I died at the fucking TV room about 10 fucking times. Played online for a few hours and was getting ganked every match lol. Tough transition from Halo 3. I got 2 rank ups befor I stopped playing. The starting terrorist weapons are made of complete fail -_-.

And I lol'd the first time I killed a guy that proceeded to drop a grenade on himself as I killed him and it blew me to shit.
