they have codes to enter at gameoftheyear.callofduty.com, gives you a code for marketplace for the maps for free...the one i went to had like 60 codes

Put it simply: These maps make the best multiplayer game on Xbox 360 even better.

Creek - Absolutely gorgeous enviroment. Feels mostly new, not as new as they were making it out to be, as some of the houses are re-used from other places, but it definitely has a mostly new feel with a wide open enviroment, as well as the mixed feel with the cave, the little village, etc. Not as bad a sniper love as I thought it would be. I have been able to get pretty good K:D ratios with an RPD.

Broadcast - Prob my favorite of the new maps. Excellent re-imagining of the campaign level. Only element that feels re-used is the big main room in the center which is a great room for fire fights, every in the surrounding area was amazingly redone to make an almost flawless map.

Chinatown - Feels the most like existing maps. Mostly like District, which is a good thing. I feel I will grow to like it as I play it more and learn all the nooks and crannies, but I really like the downtown feel with the neon lights, makes it look very cool.

Unfortunately I have not played Killhouse yet, since it is not yet adapted into the Team Objective playlists, but I'm sure that will be remedied soon.

One of the best 800 points you'll spend on the 360. Definite buy if you ever enjoyed this game.

Not sure about this but, when does PC get the new maps?

think they have it now, or cod4 website should say.
sucks ps3 people have to wait like 2 weeks.
the new maps are nice but not enough of them imo, unless it is incredibly hard to make one. it gets boring playing same old maps though so it is a nice welcome change.

From the CoD4 community manager's website about the PC content:

On the PC side of things the Patch is in queue to finish internal QA for release. The Community Mapping Content has come to an end and we’ll be putting out an open call for all the maps you guys have created to be submitted as well as releasing details on the prizing and how the winning maps may be showing up. We have some awesome prizing I’m anxious to finalize and announce to you guys. I’ve been keeping tabs on the Beta / Released maps in the Mapping forums on Infinityward.com and there are some great ones.

In addition to that details are being finalized as to getting the map pack to the PC users as well. I can’t speak specifics just yet as everything is being cemented now, but it sounds like good news.
