I was doing some zone comparisons with that new conquest map with the current one and there are 2 zones that don't match up at all.

There is one that is on the island between Jugner Forest and Rolanberry Fields.

There is another one west of where Tahrongi Canyon should be.

So speculation ensue!

If Dancer kind of has sequential steps to enable different outcomes of a finish, it almost reminds me of Assassins from D2. Which, coincidentally, was my favorite class despite the hell they endured as a melee in Blizzard's revamped Hell mode.

As great as this job sounds a mage support job, what do you think this job is going to offer at 75? That's my main concern. It probably won't replace RDM (that could be Dancer) but in a HNM fight, I am curious what it can bring to the table.

Eh, it's pretty faithful to FFIII DS, which is nice. I wish it looked cooler, but I can't think of too many ways to make a Scholar look cool. Boring goes with the job, it seems. I'm excited for the RDM/SCH possibilities from the job description, though, and ugly AF doesn't mean shite for subs thankfully. Hopefully the Grimoires will be as useful as they sound.
