Ummm he states that he needs to do it that hard in order for them to work. I seriously don't think anyone would straight out play that hard, as its not even conducive to playing in a rhythm.
He also says in the comments thy came out of the box like that.

Better give us a bonus as well for the long wait, perhaps 25-50 of the songs currently on DLC so the World Tour mode doesn't have as many repeat tracks.

Just to clear it up;

You may have seen the following attributed to a "…spokesperson from MTV Games / Harmonix," as our official press comment:

"The calendar of Rock Band DLC for March 2007 printed in the latest
issue of OXM is a tentative schedule and subject to change. Please stay
tuned for confirmation of Rock Band DLC closer to their release."

To give you a bit of additional insight: our DLC schedule is tentative for a number of reasons. As we've noted before on the forums, there are a lot of moving parts to get into place before we're ready to mix, author, animate and submit songs to be certified. Each stage in the process can have its kinks that can delay tracks from week to week for a myriad of reasons.

With all of these factors in play, we try to wait until we're absolutely sure that a track is good to go before we spread the good word amongst the forums. While the schedule released by OXM includes a variety of tracks that are currently being worked on by our development team, we need to remind everyone that our internal list can and will change (daily even) until the songs are certed and approved by Sony and Microsoft. Unless you hear it here from a member of the HMX community team (myself, Sean, HMXJohnD), assume that things are unconfirmed rumors.

We're committed to putting out really well done tracks that everyone can enjoy. Keep an eye on the forums for updates and we'll let you know what tracks are coming out as soon as it's possible. We'll be sticking to a weekly update in the coming month, so check back on Monday!

So I bought a cheap pedal and did the "authentic drum pedal mod" and holy fuck this is awesome!

God please don't fuck the Wii version over, there's no reason why it shouldn't have everything the other versions do.

The PS2 version is a piece of shit compared to the others, but its fine which is the only reason why we play it lol.

Wasn't the PS2 version basically just GH3 with the added instruments, with full FMV graphics?


Anyways, had my first experience with the drum kit the other day at a FutureShop, and lo' and behold, the foot pedal was broken! Lost Paranoid on hard pretty quickly due to missing every double-kick. I just want to get this game for the drum portion when it comes out on the Wii, as I doubt the Guitar portion will serve as a challenge.
