You can gain access to both stores if you just make another account on PSN with the region set to NA instead of England/Europe. Basically you can gain any regional content you want as long as you make a PSN ID for it. And I'm pretty sure there's a virtual CC thing you can use to put money in your wallet without having an American CC.

I stopped playing the drums somewhere in the middle of the Hard career songs, it got too hard and frustrating and I prefered to get better at guitar than try and push myself into expert with drums.

Not if you can play guitar really well but play HARD drums really bad. Maybe I need some of those mods to get back into drumming, but i've really been against it for a while now, I dunno why... I really liked it while I played it on easy/medium for all its worth, it just got really frustrating really fast, and I just don't know how to get past that tier of songs i've been stuck on.
