I have heard of X-Japan, and Opiate for the Masses, nothing else on this list. I gotta say I'm a bit pissed that this shit is what we get, free or not, this sucks. And while on the subject of J-Rock, there's a few other bands I'd rather see on here than X-Japan. Ugh.

Where is the Green Day, the Blink 182, Korn, Powerman 5000, Dire Straights? Game needs more punk, rock, and mainstream pop, less metal and less no name bands like this list.

this may have possibly been asked already, but were there any improvements made to the drums and guitar? aside from the pedal being reinforced which i think ive already heard about. Ive already got RB1 set, so unless theyre better I'd just stick with those.

RB2 drums are fucking awesome. Apparently I'm lucky since mine worked 100% out of the box (theres been complaints of an over-sensitive blue drum triggering the yellow), but if you're having problems, putting an official pad silencer fixes it. The pedal is indeed nice but I use another one

Only one issue I have is the velocity sensitivity. It's nothing gamebreaking, it just makes drum fills quiet

Are they more responsive and reliable than the RB1 drums though? My set was pretty damn good but it did keep dropping notes randomly. I was gonna buy the ION set, but it currently doesn't even work on GHWT, so it's not worth it for me atm... and since I sold my old RB1 instruments, I need a new drum set.

So far, so good. I had to use the sock mod for my RB1 kit, I didn't have to use any modding for my RB2 kit (I bought drum silencers anyways, might as well make use of them).

The pipe clamps are tighter, the base now clicks to plastic pieces (as opposed to RB1's base sliding together with those metal pipes), and there's measurements on the pipes if you wanna adjust the height. Toms take a beating, quieter, and it's easier to bounce rolls on them. Drum sticks are a bit too light and unwaxed, so if you don't want splinters, add some grip tape or use some other drum sticks. Wireless is cool, Mad Catz (lol) cymbal attachments are supposedly coming out Nov. 10th.
