It makes you wish they'd go and readjust the difficulty notifiers on the song-list selection screen for the RB1 songs, since I can beat all the Impossible rated RB1 songs on expert drum no problem, but I can't do any of the Impossible RB2 songs for the bloody life of me, especially when the majority of them scream 'two kick pedals' to me since I can't picture my leg working fast enough to hit 16th kicks regularly.
I wonder if the splitter/2nd pedal that comes with GH:Metallica will work on the RB2 set.. >.> Probably not, but it's worth a shot since it's free anyways heh.
Is there a place in Canada to order another RB2 drum kick pedal from?
(would just prefer to stick with the official ones for now, as break-tastic as they are)
I got me a mono-splitter here which should work for all I need, although from what I'm assuming it has the limitation of requiring you to lift the one pedal past the "on/off' switch before pressing the other down or it doesn't register it in the game.
Why do you want an official one...?
It's ok at best. If your serious about drumming you'll invest in a aftermarket one for sure.

Have you seen that yet?
Yes, PS3 only iirc, which is such a dumb decision.
And btw, it's not any better than the GHWT one. Note they kept the (oh my god this thing is just so bad it's not even worth activating) touchpad. All they did was take the stratocaster strum bar (which sucks compared to the ghwt one) and stick it with a longer version of the ghwt guitar neck.
PS3 only ya. Apparently the buttons are easier to press then the WT. The strum bar is like the strat which personally I do not like, I use the click to help me keep beat. One benefit it does have though is its not a detachable neck from what I read, which means no dropped notes.
Only thing about spending 250 dollars on that guitar is it will not make you a better player like spending 300 dollars on some IONs will.
I've never experienced dropped notes on the 360, and I've owned 2 Les Pauls, 2 Stratocasters (rb1 and rb2 versions) and the GHWT one... another reason why I like playing it on the Xbox rather than the PS3 heh.
I don't get dropped notes either. And its not a system thing, its just how all detachable necks are. Dropped notes happen to some people, not everybody thankfully.
Hey gang!
Here's an early morning surprise for you... an announcement of the DLC arriving on the week of 2/10! We're probably going to be posting the DLC announcements around this time (10am EST) for the foreseeable future in an attempt to sync up with the European rockers waiting for the announcements, so get up early and keep your eyes peeled on Fridays from now on.
This week we're releasing a 3 pack from The Fratellis, featuring tracks from their 2006 album Costello Music!
Here's the track listing
The Fratellis - Creeping Up the Back Stairs
The Fratellis - Flathead
The Fratellis - Henrietta
All tracks are original master recordings.
These tracks will be $1.99 (160 Microsoft Points) a piece, or $5.49 (440 Microsoft Points) for the full 3 pack.
wut?
they give us this crap, yet I see a disturbing lack of Filter, Drowning Pool, and Sevendust![]()
Flathead is fucking fun even if it was a one hit wonder
