It depends who offers the invite. The guy who gave me mine was satisfied with my knowledge of a transcode and a Speedtest result picture. Some are being really anal though, since constantly inviting leechers affects the inviters eventually.

Just got my what.cd invite today took about thirty seconds to get a response from someone on IRC, so if you are still needing one just take a few mins install IRC and you should have no problems getting in.
