Somewhat related. Is there anyway to block restricted calls? I absolutely refuse to answer any calls that come from restricted numbers. I dont even want to receive them.

When I called a few years back to block a number they said they only thing they could do for me on my cell was change my number, so unless that has changed that's the only thing that can be done through them.

Yes, there are phone features you can add (one such being Selective Call Rejection) that allows you to program numbers that will be blocked.

Yes again. It's called Anonymous Call Rejection.
It will block restricted, private, blocked, etc...
If the caller ID shows Unavailable, Unknown, etc then no its not possible to block that call because the actual information on the ID was lost and so the phone does not know if it really is a blocked number or not.

Call your Service Provider to get info as they are the only ones who can add or remove the features.
