There is also a new Famitsu Article with similar pictures. Both of these are probably just a recap of the information they learned. Would be nice for a translation to be sure for sure, since they might actually have impressions on how some of the jobs play since supposedly Dancer was on the floor if I remember correctly.

but considering how the guy is just standing next to it and dressed nothing like a knight, it probably just means that rental chocobos are armored, which makes sense since you're in the middle of a war.

Part of the text here says "Drain Samba" but the kanji part is too hard to read... So definitely a Drain-type Dance ^^

First pic Dancer is too far from the mob three times, then uses Drain Samba and gains the effect of Drain Samba.

Second picture is Scholar using Black Grimoire, losing the effect of Stoneskin, and then an absolute mess of pixels. It appears to be an ability unlocked by using a Grimoire.

Edit: If I had to guess, it's something Thunder-related and part of a series of spells/abilities. Maybe the Thunder Weather making spell? I can tell because of the color and having seen a lot of ?'s in my time.
