Check out this double ronf/gusta takeover on Lakshmi earlier this year. It was expensive, but it's the first of it's kind across all servers! It was mostly a NA effort too (leader is half Japanese) with minimal help from the JP.

I've actually killed LL twice because it popped in front of me as I was walking by.

Other than having 2-3 LS parties there for hours at a time all week I don't see anybody taking Movalpolos. You can trade stuff to the people who are there for a few minutes while Conquest results are tallied I think though?
