So now Both Jobs are Bastok Based? >.>
I wonder is SE was Planning on this from the beginning you know with the Pages of Schultz Stratagems xD

Seems to me that Scholar is based in Windurst.

How so? The first scholar ever came from Bastok, and it's an unbroken Bastokan tradition.

Lungo-Nango wasn't a scholar, nor were there any Windurstian scholars.

As for two jobs from Bastok, maybe there'll end up being 2 from every nation... well, maybe not. But we'll have to see whether we get 2 more to at least give San d'Oria and Windurst a shot, or just 1 (the wrestler/viking one Elmer mentioned).

Lungo-Nango wasn't a Scholar indeed (esp. as a Beastmaster lol), but he had a brilliant tactical mind-- he did kinda birth the job after he wrote the Grimoire (it's a *green* book for some reason).

The ToAU site evolved as they added more jobs, remember people doing pixel counts to see if their was room in the middle, and then when PUP was added they moved them all completely and changed them. So by going off of the site a very changable thing I think is just silly. I'm still holding out for a tank announced at Fan festival.




Also remember when SE announced PUP they said with a dorkish little guy " THE THIRD AND FINAL JOB!!!! THEEEEEEE PUUUUUUUUPPPPPPPPPETMASTER!!! "

Looks to me like 4 new jobs, if you consider they're each standing on an oblong tile, 2 more can fit on the sides and that's a lot of space.


Or it can just be 2 jobs and they were going for pure symmetry.

If your allies are strong, support them with enhancement magic.
If your allies claim victory, prepare them for the next battle with healing magic.

I give it until tomorrow till people start putting these in /p macros.

And yeah, there will probably be atleast 1 more job.

I say change that to when, to support the arrogance of Scholars (I just assume they look arrogant ) Also if they really are all that your bound to win right?
Otherwise the whole thing seems kind of "Iffy"

EDIT: Judging from the fact there is likely to only be two jobs, it doesn't really matter which job is based on which nation. Scholar basically started in Windurst was evolved by Bastokian scholars.

With the US event starting Nov 15th, and we have two WotG updates before then(Nov 5th and Nov 12th), S-E is aware we can datamine. It's *unlikely* that S-E would announce any new jobs after they perform the updates, cause the updates may have spoiler information for any announcement they choose to make.

Based on the udpate schedule, only two jobs seems to be reasonable. If more jobs are released, I wouldn't complain, but BRP is probably correct in asserting that two jobs will be it.
