Why is Voltron on Adult Swim now instead of Futurama

Voltron was an ok show but not that great; the only reason it's loved so much is because of its nostalgic value.

I agree with you on the nostalgia factor when it comes to He-man and Voltron, but not Thundercats.
I didn't even watch that when I was younger, just recently got into it and I love it.

Voltron was meh. Futurama is good, but ffs I've seen every episode more times than I can count, thanks to the constant spam of it by AS. Same with Inuyasha. I won't watch Inuyasha again, and change the channel every time it's on. I'll still watch Futurama if it's a good episode though. I definitely won't watch Voltron.

I REALLY hope the rumors about re-releasing that on DS with the other two are true. I'd hate to miss out, especially after the SSBB spoilers. It worked for Fire Emblem!

if what brp says is true, than that just makes it even better. if the main characteristic of Voltron was taking smaller, less useful parts and jamming them together to make something great, then how awesome is it that it not only occurs as a storytelling element but was also mirrored in the production of the show itself!

Robotech was pretty damned cool. Liked that waaaaaaaaaay better than Voltron. The only part of Robotech I didn't like was that lame singing chick.
