They said they would add windower at around the same time as WotG.

You call having the expansion go live at 7am PST on the day that it hits the shelves "really won't be a disconnect between the sale and being able to play"? There's bound to be several hours from activation of the expansion to the time many people are able to play it. They should wait a day after it hits the shelves to activate it. Ideally, ship date > 1 day > shelves > 1 day > activate.Originally Posted by inafume

Hopefully it does come with WotG, but that might be wishful thinking.
And I think Sage Sundi does indeed traverse time and space. This would explain some things. He does in fact know the answer to everything, but he can't reveal the answers as it could destroy history. Or something.

I'm not really concerned that the release date/time coincides with Thanksgiving. What is the rush? To be the first to not see all the content that won't be released until Apr 2009?
I haven't seen my gf for over a month, and she comes back the night of the 16th - when I have to pick her up. I then drive back to school on that sunday. Class ends the 21st here, then I gotta drive home for thanksgiving. She is still home til that sunday at 6 AM, when I have to take her back to the airport. I get expansion too late =\
So basically, when I go to buy the game on the 21st, it should be in the store?
Break up with her until after Valentine's Day. You will save a lot of money like that.Originally Posted by Demosthenes11
Have fun trying to find it if you havent reserved it. Most places only get 1 or 2 copies at most for obscure PC titles, unless the have reservations. Also depends when you go in, there is usually a morning and afternoon shipment.Originally Posted by Izzy

Since when? GameStop had a shelf full of CoP and ToAU when I got those.Originally Posted by SephirothYuyX
EDIT: nevermind, I see you're talking about obscure titles. Yeah, they usually don't have very many of those.
Well FFXI kind of falls in the obscure section, around here atleast most stores only got 1, some didnt even get any.Originally Posted by Khamsin

I never saw any copies of FFXI or CoP in stores in england until the 360 release. Then they had a display full of it, but I haven't seen it since.
