I'm kind of scarred to say what movie I saw it in because then I'd have to admit to ever watching it. I think the movie that it was used it was "2 fast 2 furious" or something like that. lol

Something similar to this is described in the George Orwell's book 1984 - a cage with a rat is placed on the dude's head. Not sure if the scene was put into the movie version though.
