That'd make too much sense, so obviously a fucking sword unsheathed 20 years prior to the event or some random earthquake did it.

Obviously it wasn't an earthquake that caused cape riverne to float off the ground, but rather the earthquake resulted from the soil and stone ripping from the earth. So bahamut could have pulled the ground up,resulting in the earthquake.
Also Lightbringer didnt hit a plate, they specifically said Tavnazia was destroyed by a huge explosion. So it must have been some kind of energy arch that split the ground. Think of Frieza charging up in DBZ at the end of his saga, the lighting bolts he emits from his aura split mountains and shit. I'm sure there will be a sweet CS of lightbringer being unsheathed in
WoTG 32.5A or w/e(yes im expecting 32 chapters, remember CoP crew made WoTG)
That cutscene alone would make WotG worth the money....
That and the Shadow Lord sipping wine from a goblet only to find out you've broken through the line at Xarcabard from an imp.... causing him to break the glass with his bare hands >.> j/k![]()
WotG has the potential to churn out some epic cutscenes...
And his monocle popping out.Originally Posted by ronin sparthos
I hope that at some point, they'll add in a few cutscenes or quests or pseudo-missions to fill in the plot holes of earlier expansions, as I don't believe WotG can cover everything (like what is Apollyon and Temenos, or at the very least, what is Temenos).

He has to throw the wine glass at the base of his throne. Also the wine is the blood.

How do you ride an airship to it?
Al'taieu contains the crystal and the crystal contains Al'taieu. I would assume that the Auroral Updraft that you fly into is a "thread" that bridges normal and paradoxical space and allows you to enter.Originally Posted by Not Kuno

In reality it is not an airship but a Transformer. Transformed it is:

I thought that the light you fly into was the area where Al'taieu imploded on itself, so nearing the light enters the paradox
Edit: I never read the last post of a page, rats.
Oh whoops. I meant Al'Taieu.Originally Posted by Xanthe

First thing that I noticed about that map is that Tavnazia is not connected to the continent.Originally Posted by Mortama
