Oops!... Salvage Blunders

Had really bad one today in Bhau ftw run I went sam/thf(was doing assault that needed /thf beforehand) instead of sam/war and no1 noticed til I used SJ cell and berserk didn't go from macro lol; we somehow managed to kill LBC still I actually managed to keep hate decently but slower run costed us chance of trying a rampart on the way up. Of course LBC gave us Bodb's crowns x2 instead of the T. haidaites we need.

Picked a "quiet moment" on Armoured Chariot to check my temporary items and decided to pop a regen milk. Suddenly it aoe's and shifts hate to me taking me down whilst I was still "unable to cast". Full wipe with no time left.

Best I've seen though is a melee afk on 1st floor rampart. His auto run and auto target took care of the rest. I can't remember if it was the same run or not but someones kid apparently got hold of the controller and decided to help out killing mobs for us... picked the rampart.

Was planning on 5f/6f madame run and it almost went ok. almost.



except I forgot to pop Jakko after I popped the socket madame.

and I zoned up on the 3f S porter instead of the north. :\

didn't realize this until AFTER we killed 5f madame. Wasn't surprised at the lack of drops... but then I just got to thinking and realized how much I botched up the run.

CFH'd on the third floor QQ. I was trying to move my camera and just went too fast. They really need to add a confirmation to th at shit.

We got it to go uncfh and killed it though, and it didn't drop. Nothing in that salvage did. >(

I don't know who uses it, but you can download a plugin for windower that lockes you out of calling for help by any means except by typing /cfh. it's called CFHprotect, conveniently enough and I love it.

this kinda counts was doing arrapago farm today and thf starts to d/c the second after I clicked to pull us in resulting in doing run w/o a thf or thf sub for that matter and them not being in when they logged back in needless to says cells sucked and only managed to kill QQA x2 and QQTH we had thf call GM and someone inside call GM of cousre we got the normal crap and them doing nothing huarry for getting screwed out of farming cause of d/c at worst possible time

Ran ZR the other night and fully unlocked 3 Members to pop 5f Madame. Warped up and the frog wasn't up, wasted 10m running through the room, asking the three people if they were 100% sure they had complete unlocks. Nobody knew what was going on till someone said...

Im a leader of a group and here is some I did.

- Yelled at a few members to see if anyone had a cell before we went in.. 10 mins later i relized it was me...

- Rushed everyone to get ready and we were all at the door and I couldn't go in because i was 100 off from getting permit...

We did an LBC (I think it was LBC, I wasn't there but I heard about it from LS mates) run last week and our tanking mnk came mnk/blm instead of mnk/nin like usual. Needless to say, the end result wasn't pretty

I've seen 2 madam's go down from DoT after charming everyone and going yellow.

Some old things from right after salvage was opened:
Most people were only doing bhalfau, to be different we focused on SSR and ZR. Doing SSR we kept getting sick of unlocking 16 people all the way and promptly running out of time, so we just bomb through not farming much of anything, 10 min later in the GyroscopicGears room we fight 1 tripple gears for over 15 min as it keeps using restoral and we all h2h. I dont know how it went so long before using AOE and 1shitting us all.

Ah well, at least we got to the mega boss with a few minutes to spare only to time out there

Alliance shouldnt be disbanded when another pt dc? I thought leader was simply moving to the other party.

Opened the wrong door on 5F Zhayolm one night while hunting Usu gloves 35... that wasn't a pretty sight for the guy who wanted them. He eventually got them though

Another story involving that particular Madame... it died to DoT while the entire group was charmed, and thus it died unclaimed, leaving no chance of a drop. Bah.
