btw, 100k isn't alot. Do 6 avatar runs a day, that's 60k, seven days in a week, that's 420k. A month makes that 1280k, or 1.28M gil, which can get you all the basics. Everyone knows the good stuff is r/ex, so gil isn't too much of an issue (minus body salvage pieces).

Shit, I camp Behemoth for a max of 3 hrs a day and bid on a Hide drop and I have 850k (damn price drop) in one day. All I need to have enough points to bid on that hide is 15 hrs of camping total (or a mix of camp time and kills). That's approximately the same amount of doing 6 avatar runs a day every day (assuming people don't fuck around running to the zones) for a week and twice the money. -.-

Of course, there's the whole claim thing, but we claim at least one NQ Behe a week, first three days are usually pretty empty. -.-

But not just that, but the 'everyone knows the good stuff is rare/ex' comment... because there are some really damn good pieces that you find on the AH... ._.

The way things are it's probably nearly impossible to perform well and have no eq swapping.

eq/wardrobe changes are pretty tiresome and were a afterthought (at least full swaps) in the original design of the game in light of the limited macro system (both in terms of lines and what you can do with them).

Unfortunately so much gear is situational it doesn't lend itself well to fulltime use

For this to work it'd require some pretty big changes like Rings with +dex/str in addition to +acc for thief or major changes to the battle system altogether.
