in 196/19 there are a couple of textures with the catagory [tim], which look like dark blue armor, and a head wrapped in bandages..

Put that file in my "NPC" list ad meh =/ Those yellow things are like eyes... reminded me of teh pokemon Crogunk but it really made nothing >.> so its not an NPC... unless im doin it wrong xD

The dancer AF has the [tim] name too lol... and there seems to be some blue armor with [tim] name

bunch of texture files that suggests that there are new crafting halls, which is odd since there is no ah...
blacksmith, goldsmith, bonecraft = bastok,
cloth, cooking, leather = windy,
wood, alch, fishing = sandy is what id guess from the decor
