Play EU account on US pol

Is that still possible? Have a friend who loaned me his char. He gave me POL ID and PW but on USPOL it says wrong password while on his EUPOL it log in w/o problems.

Did SE changed something? Is still possible to play EU account via US POL?

You can play US accounts on EU pol, I dont know why it would be different the other way round.
The only thing you cant do iirc is change information on a US account from a EU pol.

This is correct. I have both versions, and you can play without issues, but you cannot change any of the account information, or register any services, new characters, or expansions on the incorrect POL for the character.

Yeah. My wife and I maintain an auto-translator guide (well, mostly her, I just type), and we both play on US/NA accounts using EU POL. There really shouldn't be any reason why you can't do it in reverse. If the PW isn't working, go with the obvious, either it was changed or you're typing it wrong.

Hmmmm... does his password have any Y and Z in there? For example in Germany the Keyboard has those 2 keys swapped around. It >> should << usually work without a problem tho.

This is only relevant if you use a German keyboard and set your Windows to EN input (which swaps / replaces some keys) or vice versa. My guess is your friend gave you his old password but had to change it when they updated POL security recently.

He just doesn't really want you to log into his account because he doesn't trust you.

Changing any Account information needs the original regions POL - go get an EU POL from somewhere
