I've asked around other forums, but I haven't really received any responses yet.

Anyway, I've been camping this NM lately quite a bit. In the past (6 months ago+), it was pretty consistent with 2 to 4 hour pop intervals. Since the last update, it hasn't popped at all for us. On Monday night, placeholders were killed for at least 9 hours - not sure how much earlier other people were there killing, but Despot never showed up. Last night, some other LS was up there without any luck for 3 hours, my LS tried for 2 hours, and another LS after that tried for 3 more hours. No Despot. During all the time we've spent, we tried pulling all of the dolls in that hallway.. still no luck.

Has anyone else had problems getting Despot to show up since the maintenance? Or are we just going through a streak of bad luck? I really don't think it's broken, but it's starting to get pretty frustrating.

My linkshell had similar problems this past weekend.

Shell that was killing PH's when we arrived said they had been up there for 3 hours with no pop. We camped another two hours on top of that and still got nothing.

Sunday we got him on our 3rd Groundskeeper. Started off what ended up being a great night (All non-popable NMs ^_^)

I'd say give it a week at least and see if anyone else has any progress, tbh barely 2-3 days is not enough to tell if a pop is broken or w/e.

My LS has has exceptionally bad luck with Despot ever since they changed it to an auto-pop off of a PH being killed, often times going 4-6 hours with no pop pulling from absolutely every little blue thinger.

We've popped it twice this week, including yesterday. It's not broken, it's just a lotto and sometimes it can suck badly.

Yeah... lolDespot threads, but seriously. I wonder if maybe there's a bug that causes him not to pop if the PH is killed by DoT, or a pet/wyvern... or anything that doesn't say "PlayerName defeated the Groundskeeper."

Doubtful, I'm sure... but since it's supposed to "spawn claimed" to the person that killed it, maybe it's broken and doesn't spawn if a PC doesn't kill it?

Anyway, wouldn't surprise me... and could also account for the reported extra long spawn times.

The Groundskeeper uses Meltdown.

You sure that you didn't kill another PH, have one Meltdown right after, and get a pop?

Who did he pop too?

So far I haven't found anyone who has seen a meltdown pop him, which would make some sense with programming logic and all, If Player Action Reduces HP to 0%: Spawn Despot to Player. If Doll Action Reduces HP to 0%: Spawn Despot to Doll? Spawn new Doll?

I know times that we go up with many stunners, few dolls blow up, and we get him fast.

Saturday we had a lot of lag, other LS let a lot blow up, and we had more than usual slip past, were up there for hours and hours.

The worst part of this, if it were true: Any random nub LS could get a doll, have it be THE doll, blow it up, and screw everyone out of that pop til next window.

Despot also isn't behaving correctly. Depsot's signature move may be Panzerfaust, but he certainly has never spammed it 2-6 times in the course of three seconds.
