Problem Viewing BG

Posting this for a friend. This is more of an internet issue that might be better aimed at BG admins but thought I'd try here. He has random intermittent bouts where he is unable to bring up the BG forums website. From what he tells me he only has this problem with BG forums, and at the same time other websites will be working fine. I've asked the obvious questions but not sure what to make of it, doesn't really make sense as far as I can tell. Any ideas or anyone else have this issue? Oh also he lives in Europe, or on the moon, or some B.S. if that would factor in at all.

ipconfig /flushdns

or use the dns severs on opendns.org could be that his DNS servers lose sync for some reason, but other than that i really have no idea
