Could the alteration to shard statistics have anything to do with the people that were banned yesterday?

Maybe after all the people were banned, their crystal progress was erased? Someone mentioned most all RMT are Bastokan, and they might have done the event to get the HQ glasses for mad gillz. So if a lot got banned that could be a lot of 20+ shard characters lost for Bastok.

Or were there really not enough banned to have made any noticeable impact?

I don't think that these are the final standings? Just they realized they'd put all the 3rd place people in the 1st place column and vice versa for the one they released a few days ago and corrected it? Not that I hold any hope out for Bastok winning at this point considering people probably stopped trying when we thought we had 1st locked up lol

No clue when they changed it, if anybody knows that would be a good indicator. However, I'd imagine, like you said, most Bastokers went lax, and most San d'Orians busted their ass harder. I know I did >_> got like 40 crystals after I saw we were 3rd

Kinda curious if they'll do anything to make up for their mistake since the above is entirely possible.

Not SE's fault if people mistook 'we're winning' for, 'well, since we're in the lead, there's no reason to try anymore'.

It's not so much the no need to try anymore, it's more that they didn't know they needed to try harder. (Kinda the same though I guess).

Not like it matters really to me considering I'm from Windurst which didn't change, plus I already have both Ronfaure and Gustaberg OPs so the nation warps aren't a huge loss to me.

I just wanna see it extended a couple more days to make up for SE's screw up.

Meanwhile on Fairy, Sandy is dead last in Conquest with a whopping 2 regions. (Bastok has 6, Windy has 4). Oh well, let Sandy have their brief moment of glory.

they just flat out mistakenly put Bastok instead of San d'Oria. The stats are exactly the same from Tuesday otherwise.
