I'm sort of curious as to what was included in the Gobbiebag this year...

- Lots of papers / cards related to events happening at fan fest
- A poster not related to FF
- A very cheap bag that says FFXI: Fan Festival
- A code for Nomad's Cap
- A pamplet about the fan fest that makes it clear there are only 2 jobs coming and that the star onions are going to be performing in the same time slot that is being called a 'special event' that everyone is assuming a tank job will be announced.

Perhaps only two new jobs will debut in WotG, but maybe a third will be added independantly, like was done with SMN. NIN, DRG, and SAM debuted with RotZ, however SMN was released separately. So they still could release a job independant of the WotG expansion shortly before or after the release date!

(ok, so that's stretching it, but it's not without precedent!)

Bercus: No cheating when you do that. (everyone laughed)… normal equipment.

Thank them for getting inventory to 70 with the expansion. What I would like to know is what changed their mind in doing so, since they said at the GC 2007
Really interested in that answer ^^:

Saori: At the moment, we have no intension to allow any more Items to be carried around. One reason is because we … of course we understand you want to carry all your Items around… but it could also effect the economy. We want to keep the balance people selling and buying.

Also ask them about this :

Bercus: Are there any plans to extend the number of lines in each macro? An update to it would really appreciated. Especially with WotG we will get more gear and jobs. 5 lines is not a lot anymore, when I cast different spells I sometimes have to press 4 different macros to switch to all the gear I want.

Saori: We are aware that there is a huge demand that you would like to have more macros and that you would like to save more macros. It is really difficult and will be a big change for the system. So if we start working on it, it will take some time.

Bercus: You don´t plan it?

Sundi: No.

Bercus: That´s bad =(.

With the more macro´s we got now, can we look forward to get somewhen more macro lines?

Beside that please say to Sundi hi from Bercus and ask him why it takes so long for Saori to answer the other questions via E-Mail (been almost 3 months now)

They probably think increasing number of macro per line would increase the server stress or something stupid like that. Too bad everyone is mashing 3 macro or using windower, resulting in something worse.
