    UFC 78: Validation

    this saturday on PPV
    Main card

Light heavyweight bout: Rashad Evans vs. Michael Bisping
Evans shows a lot more skill than bisping especially after bispings poor showing in the hammil match.
Welterweight bout: Karo Parisyan vs. Ryo Chonan
    the heat nuff said
Light heavyweight bout: Houston Alexander vs. Thiago Silva
Alexander very good up and coming fighter
Lightweight bout: Spencer Fisher vs. Frank Edgar
The King always gets my vote. hoping he throws another flying knee. Franky Edgar is a decent fighter but not great.
Middleweight bout: Ed Herman vs. Joe Doerksen

Welterweight bout: Akihiro Gono vs. Tamdan McCrory

Welterweight bout: Chris Lytle vs. Thiago Alves

Rashad, Houston, and Karo to win. Don't really feel like guessing on the others. I'm probably more excited about Houstons fight than the main event.

Houston is a Nebraska boy that was on the local radio station here the other day. Wonderful down to earth guy, I have to wish him the best.

Not even going to bother with the PPV this time. I *might* go to a bar to watch this... but there's no way in hell I'm paying $40 for two fights (Cho vs Karo and Houston vs Silva). I mean, c'mon, these two fights will be better than the main event.

I wanna see the lauzon fight, he was one of my favs in the TUF show. I'm not really impressed with evans but chances are he will probably win the fight. or it might just go to a decision

    Re: UFC 78: Validation

Had a damn great time. Had decent seats to start then ended up moving down to floor level. Best fight of the night Edgar vs Fisher because EVERYONE was for Edgar cause he's a jersey boy. So the place was erupting after every slam. The arena booed from start to finish in the Parisyan match. Was horrible. And man was I rooting for Houston, that sucked.

    Re: UFC 78: Validation

To add some UFC news, ufc 79 has another great fight now with machida vs sokoudjou. 3 really nice fights on that card now, should be sweet. Also, ufc 82 looks like it will have henderson dropping down to MW to fight anderson silva for the title.
