Small question for any attendees who also speak japanese. Someone from my ls who went said that during the segment about hidden latent effects the speaker began talking about a latent on the Pahluwan set activated with food, but the translator was running behind and cut him off and they didn't go any further. Is there really anything to this? Maybe they will include it with the full with the full transcript on POL later.

Just as a point of information, I worked as a merc. for Heroes/Heroine combat, so if you're interested - over the course of the 2 days:

10+ groups beat Hero's Combat.
only 5 beat the Heroine's Combat.
and only 1 group beat the Mercenary Camp.

Setup was galkaRDM/mithraBLM/taruWHM/humeWAR/humeTHF/elvaanMNK. Lvl60 no subjobs, but pretty pimp equip (except AF and a few other exceptions). While working at heroes/heroine combat for 8 hours or so, it was pretty hilarious watching some of the battles.

It wasn't Pahluwan, it was Nanban Kariginu, a level 30 Ninja JSE body.
Apparently a pamama will give you an acc & evasion boost.

What was the difference between the heroes and the heroine and how could you do both? Oo We beat the one with the three which I assume was the heroes combat but no one mentioned a heroine one to try. D:

Also snince you worked it, did they mention anything about a treasure pool or anything for beating any of those bcnms with our registration codes? Or is it strictly for shits n' giggles?

Heroes or Heroine's combat event had 2 items that you could trade to the BC. One activated heroes, one activated heroine's. You had to pick one or the other.

Whm was definitely pimped out with healing staff, intensifying cape, etc. But yea, there were a few really strange gear additions, swift > brown being the biggest one. Thf was fully decked out in eva gear with bloody bolts, which, if you chose to do the most logical strat, was a huge asset.

Your gonna fucking love the videos we made. But we didnt know that zooming in and out cuts the audio feed, so its gonna be weird. Got 90% of the cosplay event, some of the quiz show and alot of the 2nd(?) developers panel i believe.

That would make sense, since that item is dropped from an Opo NM (Edacious Opo-opo in Yhoator Jungle).

Damn damn damn. I knew I should have sought you out the last day just to say hello. There where actually a couple people from here/ingame I wanted to see and couldn't find. Also, I became kinda skiddish about saying hello to random people after what happened to me yesterday morning.
