Nevermind, theres a tunnel at D-8 in MM that leads to Fort Karugo-Narugo

Traversed through the fort, made it to west sarutabaruta, found some NPC's walking around called Capricornian Caster, w/ sword icons above their names.

Garlaige Citadel - Around the third banishing gate: Randecque gave me a Red Recommendation Letter (for sandoria).

NPCs only show up when they aren't being invaded at the current time I guess.

Found Vunkerl Inlet zone in, it's in Jugner at L-6.

Are you using drawdistance plugin, or did they increase draw distance range?

There are a LARGE number of areas that are in the Garlaige Citadel (S) that don't show up on the map. So do not trust them, explore the areas for yourself.

Visual of inlet zones from Jugner (s) matches up easily with inlet map which has been posted:
as others have posted, going through the top entrance gives you access to zone out at the other areas which are blocked by walls.

I'm still confused how people get into east ronfaure? People say there's a zone near KA that reroughts you to ER, but it's blocked by a big gate. So.. err am I missing somethin?
