Throne Room

Do I win?

...The Throne Room is the one area that keeps me from thinking that [S] signifies it is subject to Campaign Battles...

I'm very interested in the idea of Northlands campaign just because it allows for competition between nations... though, San d'Oria will probably dominate on my server.

Anyone experiencing any issues in Campaign with staying connected, a la Besieged? I switched to xBox about a month and a half ago, and since that time I have had absolutely no connection issues at all -- except during campaign, when my xBox will sometimes completely freeze, requiring me to reboot it and causing me to lose the xp and time from campaign. This has happened probably eight or nine times in the last two weeks. There's no lag or r0 preceding it, it's a sudden, total freeze of the system, meaning you cannot pull up the xBox menus or anything with the controller, as nothing responds on the console at all.

This is extremely frustrating, as you can imagine, so I am wondering if anybody else is experiencing this issue.

This happened to me once on PS2 in the middle of a crap-load of people. Now I solo (I lost xp from a good 2-3k campaign).

Freezing is a xbox problem that occurs with a lots of game that use a lot of the machine power, Forza2 made microsoft push back the warranty from 1 year to 3 years, Bioshock broke some more console, I wouldnt be surprise that Campaign like besieged (heavy graphic because lots of mob and chara on screen at once) cause some issue with xbox hardware.

I know this has been addressed before, but I did Delta Strike II (Windurst) yesterday, and they still "rage" after about 15 minutes or so. I thought maybe the maintenance had also fixed this issue, but it didn't.

This was after about 20 minutes. I killed the first NM in about 10 minutes as RDM/NIN, then I got the second NM down to about 60% and all of a sudden, it was raping my stoneskin, so I knew what was gonna happen. I basically just kited it around for another 10 minutes (gravity/bind/dispel = all resisted) and he got a lucky shot off here:

That hit was with Terra staff, Jelly ring, and Umbra cape. Then he "missed" me on the next hit, so I lived and continued to kite. I eventually got the idea to deaggro it by running out of range of his spells, then let it regen to 100%. Engaged it with Bind to know if it still raged somehow, but it wasn't, so I took it down in and won the mission. So if you plan on doing this solo with a low dmg output job, be prepared to outrun it and lose aggro if it starts raging then reengage after it reaches 100%.

Rage mode has never been an issue to be fixed. The problem with that mission was mobs despawning midfight.

Ya, I realize the problem was mobs despawning, but I also thought it was rather weird that Ops NMs went into "rage" mode. Usually it's just HNMs or money NM mobs raged; you know, something of value.

Someone could pop them and hold them preventing anyone from doing the ops.

Sorry if this is a noob question, but i am only doing campaing, actualy I only log on 5-5 days to rank up and nothing else till some update comes anyways... and at least in the game i could not find any explanation on whats going on with my campaing ops... I had 7 tags and decide to get some xp for my bst 40 doing those ops inside the city, but for my surprise, all ops have disapeared from the list (I am golden star $$$$, not so low I think...) and have just stock and awe available! I had beat all other before, include those with 3 ppl.

Since SE has sush a good job puting information on the game itself, can someone explain whats going on? Please dont tell me you LOSE the right to do ops if you are in a poor state with your city at the moment, couse I will be realy pissed with this hole campaing thing if you have to do it everyday for not lose the new ops from your list.

The way I understand it, it's rather a nation things, there seems to be some stuff you ahve to do to make mission appear, and if people repeat always the same mission well on conquest update you loose some mission, it happen to me on sandy on kujata, Starting from offensive ops up to the last kind of mission there is zero mission showing up on my list. I'm not sure if it depends on rank or anything but I'm doing ops regulary and I'm doing Campaign battle too.

Anyway. if someone have other info I'm interested XD

I just cranked out 25,000 Exp in campaign while watching adult swim, add that to the 10,000 or so I got the other day, so I'm quite certain that whatever the requirement is, if I can rank up to Wings, I will be tomorrow afternoon. (wasn't home to catch my rank ups on time a couple times T.T)

Even if I can't, go 4th Str merit! 70 Str as a taru War/Sam makes me oddly happy.

This may have been discussed earlier (20+ pages meep), but has anyone ever had mobs in Garlaige just not turn up? I gave up after waiting 40 mins with about 20 others for some mobs to arrive... I've not done a lot of Campaigns outside Jugner until recently and this was my first expedition to Garlaige, so maybe it's normal there >_>; but man, 40 mins of hanging around sucks donkey balls lol.

It takes over 35k xp to rank past emblems and to wings?! or is that because you missed a few rank ups? cause i hit copper emblem last night (started campaign later than most) and it only took slightly more than 6000XP (5000XP is you minus what i got from OPs) can you clerify if you know?

He's saying he's done that much between rankups so there should be no reason he shouldn't rank up, not that that much is needed.
