The Campaign I.M. person to flag yourself is at D-10 in Gustaberg. It's just a bit north of where you get teleported. I'm not sure if mobs are supposed to run here or not, there's literally nothing going on and I don't see any other towers around. <_>a

Yeah... 20 minutes or something pass, no mobs are here because fortifications are low. Out of nowhere they showed up and I got Thundaga III'd for 1302 and now this BLM mob is casting Sleepga on a tower. They killed it and warped, yay.

Didn't lose EXP under the campaign flag, though. 80 EXP and 40 notes for dying, joy.

Talk to adjunatn (sp) in f-9 i chose bonecraft since it's my craft. asks you to tell him recipes for 3-4 synths and got 90 exp (LOL) and 480 allied notes

I just tried this, was looking up recipes in somepage because I'm a crafting nab and it failed me because "they didn't have time for me to wait for me to remember all my recipes." Guessing there's a time limit to put the stuff in to stop people looking it up XD

With the gathering supplies missions, they already put something in to keep you from just buying the item.

When you go harvest it, you get a key item: Supplies order.

I harvested my marjoram in Bhaflau and didn't get any such thing, and still completed it successfully.

we SHOULD be able to locate these fights though. Why is SE doing this?

I think the places on the Campaign map with the / through them are currently in a fight.

SE really needs to change how Campaign works. The mobs should pursue some sort of objective, not wander around the zone like a bunch of jackasses.

If they're defending then what do you want them to do? In zones like Jugner they stay and protect the fortification while NPCs charge at them. When a nation has a territory they charge at the tower attacking NPCs/fortification.


The only problem I have is if theres a Campaign finding the mobs can be sooo gay. I want to know where theres stuff to attack and usually I stand around waiting. But this usually happens only in the indoor zones (Eldieme/CN/Garliage). Btw I think Eldieme is bugged as I can never find ANY mobs except when they run in, I have no idea where they go. If they fall down that should be changed as any PC who falls down chasing them can't get back up to reclaim exp/points.

I'm talking about the enemies; every time I've participated in Campaign I was waiting around for ten minutes for the wandering enemy mobs to finally find the defenders.

Also, I've never seen defenders do anything aside from loaf around their fortification, even if they owned the region.

How long can campaigns last? I've been waiting for this map quest NPC in eldieme for an hour and 30 minutes now.

edit: 2hours..seriously I want to do other things but I can't leave my pc for a second in fear of losing my oppurtunity to complete this stupid quest.

I have been waiting in the Necropolis for 1hr 30mins for NPC Erik to pop. The fortifications have falled from 29 down to 17 atm. I will keep it updated if when theyr each 0 campaign ends and the NPC pops...this might be a long wait...

Confused now...fortifications back up to 25 and campaign still ongoing! - 2 hours in.

I registered in Crawler's Nest (by having the sword next to my name). After about 15 minutes, the music started playing. There were a bunch of NPCs gathered where you would normally fall down in the regular Crawler's Nest. After a few minutes, they rushed up to where you register and they started fighting mobs. I decided to start fighting one of them to assist. After a minute, all of the mobs cast a -ga spell at the exact same time. I think I took over 10,000 damage... I ended up dying. It was pretty lame... maybe not completely developed yet?

Registered in W.Sarutabaruta. I ran around and killed a few mobs, found some Yagudo and killed them too. After a bit I saw the person next to me get leveled by about 20 Yags or so otw to our Fort/Outpost. I followed them and joined in the fray along side Zonpa-Zippa his Ace of Cardians. Not sure it it matters but I got killshot on the Yag NM, which everyone teamed up on from the start, then killed all the followers with one killshot.

600xp and 372 Allied Notes for killing 2 Rafflessia, 4 EP Yagudo, and got killshot on Yag NM and one of his Divine Inspirers. Fought about 3 of the DIs, those Taru CCs shredded them, haha.

You can teleport back to your main city at the MC for 10 Allied Credits as well, it's more at farther Forts.

Kinda sucks that you can't get AN's for just killing normal mobs that give exp though =/ whilst NOT under Tag

I've just been messing around lately. Made around 2000 AN from various fights. If you are going it alone it is absolutely imperative that you sub whm for reraise, or have a reraise item. Hate mechanics seem a bit off, and I've found myself dead from the most minor of indiscretions. Particularly when I was assisting the WHM with aegis in East Ronf {s}.

I went to fort whatever to mess around with campaign, got my allied tag, put up hymnus and commited suicide to an EP raflasia. I got 20 limit points & 11 allied tags. Tried only doing hymnus and seeing what i got, i got 1 allied tag only. Then i tried putting up hymnus, dieing, hymnus, dieing, and i got 40 limit points and 22 allied tags.

Death = 20 limit points, 10 allied tags
Hymnus = 1 allied tags

All the things i used to pull the rafflasias (elegy, threnody, requiem, dia) seemed to have no effect on the points/tags i got.

I got 600 EXP and 450 notes for fighting alongside NPCs the whole time. This seems like a well-rounded max to me, thoughts? Anyone seen more than this?

Yes 600 is the max, but you can reach it after like one mob. You can turn in your tags multiple times in a fight and even turn in halfway through a mob for the 600 if you've earned it. It's really weird.

However, being a WHM it sucks. The only effective way to earn points is to melee. So you're forced to be a melee mage if you want to earn comparable points.

Just a heads up for Windy people, anyone that uses their OP credit on Adjutant's crafting mission, if you pick leathercraft and get Leather Belt and tell him "wind crystal, iron chain, and sheep leather" (the synth mats for a leather belt) he'll fail you, even though it's correct. Which in result, you lose your OP credit for the day....pretty lame lol ;\

just got 546 AN in a Campaign in Fort K, also, you can get limit points as well as exp. 600 is max so far for exp.


edit; just had long Campaign, 3 waves of mobs at least after I got there. Some Yags, then a Shadoweye and Gnats and then more Yags. Killed them all with other ppl, got 600 AN after, kinda jipped cause I did a ton more then in other ones I've done but cool none the less.

How do I participate in and get my notes from campaign when the mobs dispel my reraise before killing me?
