In sandy at least, it's the NPC just to the right of the gate to east ron, dressed up like the teleport NPCs, but doesn't have a title on their name.

Got my rank evaluation today and I passed. Got a "Brass Ribbon $$".
Went to do my Campaign Ops for the day and chose Resource Procurement and "Materiel Storm I (S)" was available on top of Stock and Awe. I chose that one, I had to bring the Quartermaster 12 ice crystals lol, got 140 limit points and 580 allied notes. Sorry if this has been covered already

Cait Sith was only a robot in FF7 (where he wasn't even an avatar).

Yeah, no new gear yet 'cause I guess it's still a ribbon. Hopefully there aren't too many tiers of ribbons and whatever comes after it, or it could take awhile to scale up in the ranks, especially since you can get demoted. However, that could also be kinda neat.

Kind of a side note, I think it'd be cool, that instead of showing a sword icon next to your name, it'd show an icon that represented your rank. Kind of a cool way to show it off or something

Cait Sith was only a robot in FF7 (where he wasn't even an avatar).

He was a doll in other games after. Only time he was an avatar is in FF6.

Maybe he is just a puppet controlled by Altana directly to enter in contact with you?

AV is as much a DRG as it is a SAM.

AV uses the DRG Aern model, so I would incline him to be a "DRG" if nothing else.

There is one aern model which can be holding one of four weapons or nothing. There's no "DRG model", there's Aern With Polearm. Normal aerns with the polearms are either DRG or SAM.
