Just finished the 2nd quest of the Young Griffons and got an angelstone for a reward. The NM orc wasn't that hard at all. I easily solo'd it with my thief.


The ??? for the Orc NM is at I-6 in Jugner Forrest.

What are the prereqs for this? I have the Quest in my log but I clicked the stump with the ??? and no NM pop.

After the first Young Griffons quest you have to wait a day, start the next quest, wait another day, then head to jugner forrest to get a CS when zoning in. After that is done go find the ???.

Talk to Rholont again, he should mention about the main force being at Jugner by now, if he doesn't try zoning and talking to him again, then head to Jugner, then you can pop the NM

I'm gonna try to go do the 3 quests in the other nations now that I'm mission 3. Hopefully this can advance you onwards...

For bastok, I have a quest to get a Gnole claw. Are these pretty much equal, or what?

I'm having the same problem. I got the quest to meet up with them in Batallia, then I zone into Jugner and no CS. It's been one additional Vana'diel day since I got the quest, too.

When you talk to Rholant to get the quest, you have to zone. Then you go back and talk to him again and he'll tell you:

I have a message for you from the captain. "Operation Clean and Sweep has been moved forward." "Rendezvous with the main force in Batallia Downs." Those are your orders! The main force has likely reached the trails of Jugner Forest by now... I shall remain here and gu ard the base!

After that you go to Jugner. When you zone in, I believe you get a CS. After that, go to the tree stump at I-6 and kill the orc.

Anyway. Anyone figured out what the next step in windy is? I've tried multiple zones and NPCs to no avail.

People on my server have been farming all night long No drops.

Only person to get one is a jp who won't talk ;;

I actually got my Gnole Claw off of a random Gnole i aggroed in Batallia for this. I went 1/1, so i'm either very lucky, or the drop rate shouldn't be too bad.

EDIT: I notice there isn't too much bastok information up yet, so i'll try to start compiling some information once i go get my pizza. I'm just starting the third quest now.

Roughly 6k HP since an 1800 Guillotine took it from like 35% to dead

and then i try to get a mission from the guy over the counter, he says "Greetings if it is information on allied campaign operations you seek, i am the one to ask. wait, you do not possess enough op credits to join any operations. perhaps you are working too hard. might i suggest a little rest at the barracks?

It isn't JP Day. I used my Op Credit last night and have yet to get it back.

Its just like Assault tags, 24 hours. Assault tags didn't refill at JP midnight either. Maws also work in the same way as Runic Portals (warping back to the central town / present, from the outer area / past allows you to warp from the central town / present back out to ther outer area / past in the future). A lot of this is basically ToAU all over again.

Did anyone do this while Campaign was up? I'm not able to get the cutscene upon zoning into Jugner and I'm 99% sure I've got the prerequisites done. D:!

Edit: Campaign ended and I zoned in, still no cutscene. I've got two of the quests finished in my log and Claws of the Griffon looks like the one I'm supposed to fight the Orc on. Did I miss something? I zoned into Jugner from the Jugner Maw as opposed to the Batallia one, could that be it? I made sure to zone and talk to Ex~ again so that's not it.
