Windowed/game lag? edit: USB Devices FIX INSIDE

I have the same problem but in Xbox and im not the onlyone, one more friend is having the problem

I guess I got lucky. The only problem I had was the recast plugin failed. But once I unloaded it, windower 3.3 loads fine, and after the update yesterday, it seems like everything is flowing smoother, I actually went through whitegate at R1329 and didn't lag. Go figure.
